How long does it take to process my order?
Your credit card is processed and charged immediately. Your product order is processed within 2-3 business days and shipped via the specifications you provide upon checkout.
Which shipping method should I choose? When will my order be delivered?
The shipping method you should choose depends on your preferences, where you are shipping, and when you hope to receive your package. All military addresses and p.o. boxes must ship using UPS Ground.

How do you calculate shipping costs?
Shipping costs are based on weight and the zone they are being shipped to. Shipping fees are based on actual costs; plus an addiitonal handling fee to keep your product safe in transit. Because we calculate the shipping for the specific items you have ordered, we do not have a standard shipping rate table.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Certainly. You may choose to ship to an international address upon checkout. All UPS international shipping fees apply and are calculated for you during the checkout process.
My credit card is being declined - I know this can’t be the case. What can I do?
ErikeReade uses the Address Verification System (AVS) and card code verification for your safety and security.
ErikeReade verifies the credit card billing address on all web transactions. If you wish, you can indicate different billing and shipping addresses for your order, but your billing address must match the credit card you are using.
The card code is an important new security feature that appears on most credit cards. For Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Diners Club, the code is a three digit number that appears at the end of the account number on the back of the card. For American Express, the code is a four digit number on the front of the card above the account number. The card code appears only on the physical credit card, verifying that you are in possession of the card.
